If you join during the founding period (first 50 customers), the monthly rate you sign up at stays the same for as long as you remain a customer. Standard pricing rises from August 2026 onwards for new customers, but yours stays at the founding rate forever — including any future upgrades to Pro or Enterprise (you'll pay the founding rate for those tiers too).
No — and we recommend you don't. Ilmove AI uses a dedicated WhatsApp Business number that we provide as part of your subscription. Your existing personal WhatsApp keeps working separately. We can help you display the new number on your website, in marketing material, and on Google My Business so patients reach the AI by default.
For Starter and Pro tiers: 48 hours from contract sign to your AI receptionist being live. We onboard your services, opening hours, and tone of voice on a single 45-minute call. Enterprise setup with PMS integrations typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the integration.

We are GDPR-compliant, and each business is the data controller for its own patient data; Ilmove AI is the data processor. You can request a Data Processing Agreement before signup.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period — no notice required. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront with a 20% discount; if you cancel mid-year, we refund the unused months pro-rata minus a £49 administrative fee. No long-term contracts, no early termination penalties.
Extra locations on Pro: £79/mo each. Extra staff users on Starter or Pro: £19/user/mo. Or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited everything. We'll never block you mid-conversation — limits flag in the portal and you can decide how to handle it.
No. Ilmove AI does not handle your patient payments. We are a communication and booking tool — patients pay you directly using whatever system you already have (in-clinic card terminal, your existing online payment provider, etc). Your own subscription to Ilmove AI is paid by GoCardless or card on file.
